Our lodges are located right at the front of the Park, and these ones come with an absolutely incredible sea view, both from your decking and the living area inside. 

You’ll be a stone’s throw from Seatown Beach and the Anchor Inn, as well as the Park Reception, SPAR Convenience Store and Pizza Takeaway, and not far from the children's play area either. Our lodges are open all year round, and you can even stay over Christmas and New Year! 

All guests staying in Lodges benefit from perks including complimentary wifi and passes to nearby Highlands End Leisure Club. 

Each lodge comes with a large gated decking and picnic table, and parking for two cars (in most cases this is one in front of the other, immediately next to your lodge). Inside you’ll find a spacious living area with two large sofas overlooking the double French doors onto the decking, plus a coffee table, TV and six seater dining area. 

In the large kitchen area you’ll find a sink, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. 

These lodges have one double bedroom with king-size bed, with an en-suite toilet, sink and large walk-in shower. The two spacious twin bedrooms have full-size single beds and there is a large family bathroom with toilet, sink and over-bath shower. 

Duvets, pillows and ben linen are provided and everything will be made up ready for your arrival. Tea towels and bath towels for accommodation use are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own swim/beach towels. 

The photos in this listing show multiple different lodges of this type - 3 bedrooms with a sea view. You can either choose to book this type of lodge, and our system will allocate you one based on availability, or if you click through to the map you can view individual lodge photos and select a specific one, based on layout, décor or location preferences. There is a £25 charge for this. 

These lodges can sleep up to 6 people and 3 dogs. All bookings must contain one adult over the age of 18. 

Many of our lodges are dog-friendly, allowing up to 3 dogs. A complimentary doggy welcome pack is included for all bookings with dogs. Please note, dogs are not permitted on sofas and beds, and we provide a dog bed, though you may wish to bring pillows or blankets for them from home, so they feel comfortable. We do keep a small number of lodges reserved as dog-free for those with allergies. If this is the case, you may be able to specify you require a dog-free lodge further on in the booking process, subject to availability. If you are unable to, please contact us and our Team will see what they can do. 

Further on in the booking process you will have the option to add extras to your booking, including extra flexibility cover or accidental damage cover. You can also hire travel cots or high chairs, which will be in your accommodation on arrival.

The accommodation has a key box for a contactless check-in, so there is no need to visit the Park Reception upon arrival. We do not offer the ability to book early check-in or late check-outs. 

Our Location

Golden Cap is an award-winning Holiday Park in an incredible location just behind Seatown Beach on the Jurassic Coast. Guests can spend their days walking the South West Coast Path, enjoying bbqs on the beach, or watching the sun go down from the Anchor Inn’s cliffside beer garden. There’s also two more great pubs just a short walk away in the village of Chideock. If you want to venture further, it’s not far to drive (or get the bus) to Bridport, West Bay or Lyme Regis, all of which are characterful towns that are worth a visit. Bridport offers a thriving twice-weekly market, while Lyme Regis and West Bay have that bustling seaside feel, with fish & chip and ice cream kiosks you won’t want to walk past!

Securing your booking

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If there is less than 6 weeks before your arrival, the full balance will be required upfront. Any amendments to your holiday after the booking is completed will incur a £25 admin charge each time.
